Kristi Orcutt

Kristi has served as an education consultant to schools throughout Kansas and the U.S. since 2000. She was named KASCD's Outstanding Staff Developer in a Service Center in 2006. She was an invited presenter at the Oxford Round Table Forum on Contemporary Educational Policy in Literacy in Oxford, England in 2007. As a Literacy Specialist with ESSDACK, Kristi provides support to schools through professional development, group facilitation, and cognitive coaching. She leads training in: MTSS (Multi-Tier System of Supports/3 Tier), the Kansas Reading and Writing Standards and Assessments, new teacher mentoring, and FastForWord. This year Kristi is also excited to be collaborating with with a team of ESSDACK Content Specialists to support schools in the area of career and academic integration.
