Kelly Hartshorn is a Curriculum & Instruction Specialist for ESSDACK. She provides educational support to schools and districts. Some areas of support and training, consulting , facilitating, and coaching are: MTSS, curriculum, instruction, literacy, leadership, mentoring, PLC's, data interpretation, HQT, and school improvement. Some targeted areas of support and guidance are: Reading, Writing, Differentiated Instruction, mulit-sensory learning with the Orton Gilingham approach, Motivation, MTSS, The 3-Tier Model, Title, school improvement plans, leadership, mentoring, and assessments.
